Hotel has great views and is very close to the Sliver bucklet hotel (which is licenced for Weddings). As an overflow hotel from this, this place is a great location.

Breakfast was microwaved and very poor on first night. After a complaint this improved on the second night. They undercharged us, which I assumed as to make up for the poor unfriendly service but alase, I was chased for the fee 2 days after checking out. Bar area is tied and needs redecoration, although the rest of the hotel is fine

Lovely room - great view

I was very surprised and disappointed to find the extortionate cost of using the pool. We stayed for one night and were quoted £25 each to use it! I assumed that use of the pool would be included in the cost at booking, as this has been my experience of spa facilities in many other places. The hotel was far from full - it seems a strange business move to me. I will be returning to the area in July and will certainly look around for a more reasonable deal. Shame really as everything else was of a good standard and I would have been happy to recommend it.

I had a very friendly and comfortable stay at a quiet and quaint hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The rooms were spacious and although the decor was a bit dated, it was perfectly clean and comfortable. I loved the superb views from my room and the convenience of parking right outside the door. The breakfasts were delicious and the nearby towns and villages were beautiful with excellent authentic pubs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room and the balcony was really spacefull, the beds were the best we slept for a very long time and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We really enjoyed!!!

Difficult to get someone at the reception to deliver the key to.Room did not have a safe.

The rooms are enormous - biggest I have ever been. Easily accomodate 20 people standing. Lovely terrace too.

Hotel is understaffed - individual that checked me in, is also a server and host. Facilities are old, the golf course is great however.

I had a fantastic experience at London Beach Country Hotel & Golf Club! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend with a long-term illness, providing a buggy free of charge so he could accompany us on the golf course. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the golf course. The evening dinner menu was outstanding, and the £25 contribution covered the bill entirely. I can't wait to come back again for another golf break!

Closeness of where I needed to be the next day & leaving!

Firstly I was caught out (as I now realise many others have) by the fact that the use of the Spa facilities is not included within the rate & they wanted another £25 to use the pool/sauna! The roof of my room was still showing the signs of water damage in a couple of places. The steak I ordered had to be sent back as it was over 3/4's fat & gristle with very little meat. The internet access would not work (I checked with reception & was told yes it oftern doesn't at night). Finally the fresh fruit for breakfast was a bit sparse & didn't look appertising at all. It could have been so much better as it is a lovely location & I had wonderful views & a huge room but was left feeling very disappointed!

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Camber Sands and Leeds Castle. the rooms have beautiful views and are spacious, offering a comfortable stay. the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing great service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast that exceeds expectations.

The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations to modernize its overall appearance.

Attended a special function (Golden Wedding celebration) which went very well and was enjoyed by all.Tea/coffee-making facilities in room appreciated. Brasserie and Terrace a relaxing place. Staff friendly and helpful.

Arrived mid afternoon but had to wait an hour for room to be prepared. Would have appreciated a room with a bath. Main thing I didn't like was the vegetarian meal served at the special function. It was a pasta baked dish that had been overcooked and stored too long so was very tough. It was served with a green salad that had been drenched in what tasted like malt vinegar - inedible!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was exceptional, with delicious fish and chips for dinner and perfectly cooked and seasoned meals. The high-quality beds and linens ensured a comfortable night's sleep, and the powerful shower added to the relaxing experience. The view of the golf course from the room and dining room was an added bonus, creating a serene atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The carpet in the room was torn and threadbare, and the shower head could have been cleaner.

The room had lovely views from the window which overlooked the golf course. The food served at the evening function we attended was excellent, as was the breakfast.

Extra payment that was required for use of the pool facilities on top of the room price.

thin walls, tired and dirty bathroom. As soon as you enter reception, there is a big sign to say that if you consume or drink any products that are not purchased from the hotel, you will be charged. Not very welcoming. We were the only people in the restaurant, and the service was dire. We waited 30 mins for a starter, 30 mins for our main. Also, we had a massive balcony, but were not allowed to smoke on it, or....we would be charged! I totally understand to not smoke in the bedroom, but on the balcony is taking it a bit too far. will not stay again!
